TSRE v0.699 won't load any route

Hello
I tried to make an activity today, but when loading a route, everything was just blank, except for the menu. I tried this with nearly every route I have, and it was the same for all of them. I have tried the newest version of TSRE, but it won't open.
I have attached a screenshot of what it looks like.

Your TSRE installation failed or you don't have OpenGL.

I had used this same version of TSRE5 for 4 months without any problems and I never moved anything. But, I will try again, and redownload OpenGL, if I find it anywhere.
