TSRE Vesion: Latest V 0.698.1 x64

I can't really describe this bug well but this is it:
I am new to Route Building. I know we can move using the Up and Down arrow keys in TSRE. Pressing Shift we can move faster. But sometimes when I move by pressing Shift, it becomes an "endless move". I can't just stop it. Please help.

And this is the next one: Settings.txt is not working for me.
I wanted to change the colour of the Shape Viewer. So I changed this attribute:
#colorShapeView = #00FF00 to #colorShapeView = ##FF0000.
It's just not working. Also, I tried to change #systemTheme from false to true. But, the system theme just does not work.

I don't know why these are happening and am hoping for some assistance.

On the first thing, endless moving.
You have to left click somewhere on the main screen, without holding any of the keys down.
On the second, changing the background colors.
You have to "uncomment" the line in the settings you want to change. Remove the leading #.
