For every Trackpiece you can change the elevation by selecting the Track, activate NumLock, press "r", with the flesh up and down you can change the elevation in steps.
The step-value you can change by delete it and enter a new one (no Enter-Key) and select the Trackpiece again. This is working also by Dynamic-Tracks
