Route Tsection conversion to Global

There's an automatic conversion included since TSRE 0.698. No more other tools required and no more accidentally broken routes by using TSRE.



During route loading, TSRE will detect if Track Section database is compatible and user can choose one of four options.
Automatic conversion is recommended.
Feature not tested, so make a backup before using it.

Confirmation of successful conversion can be found in Errors & Messages Window.

When using this useful facility on the Marias Pass 5 route (MP5) my trains are sometimes travelling across the terrain after having left the tracks! This only happens on this route. I have done the same conversion on the KHP2 route without any problems.
