Re: Terrain editing performance
I mentioned that there are tiles in my route with large transfer textures (500x500) that do not cause low framerate, which is why this issue is puzzling to me. Also what do you mean to not expect any new version in the future? You're ceasing development of the editor?

Re: Angle on Dynamic Track
Bump... any tips on how flex is supposed to work? Say - you've got two pieces of a straight track placed at different angles and you want to connect them with a dynamic track. In the old MSTS Editor it would be trial and error process and still you would end up with a tiny seam between the dynamic ...

Terrain editing performance
It's nice of TSRE to have easy-to-use terrain editing tools that are miles better than those from default MSTS Editor. However, I find performance of this feature to be sketchy and I don't really know what affects the framerate when editing terrain. There are some tiles when terrain editing works pe...

TERRTEX paint - seasonal textures
So I tried this neat feature to paint TERRTEX with any desired texture or color. It's a great tool that works like Mosaic without the need for Mosaic in the first place. However, is there or will be there any possibility to make snow textures like this as well? Say, there's a field texture both in t...

Dane z Geoportalu

Transfer texture file name edit
Can we have a simple thing such as editing the transfer texture file name directly? Old Route Editor had this from the very beginning, a simple feature, yet useful.

Re: Why is the map image skewed?
Well it doesn't because the footbridge is... uh, I mean - was (unfortunately) just about 100 meters long. But what about this road which is about 400 meters long between the crossroad and level crossing with an industrial siding: https://i.imgur.com/686E7Jx.png And then there are lots of other objec...

Re: Why is the map image skewed?
Sounds nice, but I'm afraid I'm gonna have to adjust objects and tracks all over again. How to find this option anyway?
And call me a weirdo, but I could care less about ORTS, so the compatibility is a non-issue to me.

Why is the map image skewed?
So, when moving my route to new coordinates (the previous ones were wrong) I've noticed this: https://i.imgur.com/HAAcvY9m.jpg The footbridge seen above was located vertically along the track, but the Google imagery mapped onto the terrain is noticeably skewed. Oddly enough, markers correspond to th...
