Mesh Textures - Paint Mask for Auto Painting Rectangular Shapes

Hi Folks,
Request a new feature to the Terrtex auto paint function - temporarily draw a rectangular mask on terrain that can be positioned, sized, and rotated as desired - then auto painted to fill footprint with desired texture. Will make parking lots - crop fields - so much easier to paint.
