TSRE5 problems

When you copied TSRE to the install folder did you actually click on the TSRE.exe so it can download the required files to work?
If you are just using the consist editor the install may not be complete.

excuse me for being late to answer you, but today I was at work, I tried to download TSRE5, I indicated in the settings file the directory c: / train simulator with the folders GLOBAL, SOUND, ROUTES, TRAINS, but TSRE5 gives me the same error, thanks the same and good evening
