How to make a tile texture if not proper coors?

I need to create a tile texture that will help me build a complicated station. The problem is that the route i am developing now does not match the actual coordinates because its previous author started to buld it 15 years ago (where there was no TSRE and any good experience building realistic routes with IRL coors match) and made a mistake turning the starting station of the route by 45 degrees relative to reality. So i cant just load map using "OSM Vector" cause the station in the route will be far away from its position in real life. So i need to somehow load the texture of the station tile at the exact place i need it to be. And is only OSM Vector map is available? or can i download the satellite map from Google maps where the visibility is better?
