Alpha channel error?

Odd little difference in how TSRE(v. 0.697)/OR display alpha transparency:

Maybe. TSRE don't use alpha values below 0.3. Because it is only an editor, it is not that important, I think.

No, not too important, as long as people can still find and manipulate things. I released the litter with a warning to look for the bottle caps, and no complaints so far.

I found another small oddity last night. Probably due to a similar cause, as it involves alpha channels/transparency again. When I place these puddles in TSRE they appear properly, but the next time I open the route in TSRE, they look different:

Again, it doesn't affect display in OR, so not too important. I just thought to let you know in case it might indicate a deeper problem.

Yes. It is caused by poor quality of TSRE graphics engine. New is planned in the future.
