I have a friend who has problems starting the Consist Editor.
The first window opens and when you click on Load, the program crashes.
The same goes for the Route Editor.

The same trick I use. I select the lower part of the window, I stretch it a little bit downwards and the top bar of the window is repositioned to be able to drag it to the second monitor.
