Re: Platforms and sidings.

Thanks for this useful investigation. Indeed in mouse function there is one function missing: updateTrItemRData(); This functions updates TrItemRData values. Thanks. It will be fixed in next version. Looking forward to that. And the question - what if i forget about some sidings that i moved only w...

Re: Platforms and sidings.

Bug info updated: you cant see the proper length of siding/platform in MSTS Mapper ONLY if you move the orange/green pyramid of the siding/platform by mouse (most users do so) BUT if you use the numpad or you use mouse at first and after that just move the pyramid left-right with the numpad and save...

Dynamic track problem

You have already seen my post on https://www.trainsim.com/vbts/showthread.php?330660-Dynamic-track-problem . And i have a question about that. You told that "I think that the route used old tsection.dat, not compatibile with your current global tsection.dat. Because you saved route in TSRE with...

Re: Bug with tile visualization after saving

In settings.txt set or uncomment: useQuadTree = false Unlike OR, TSRE supports full MSTS QuadTree implementation, but sadly there is a bug somewhere that reads some tiles wrong way. If your route doesn't use custom tile sizes, then you are fine with using QuadTree disabled. What do you mean by cust...

Re: Platforms and sidings.

Oh, but it is custom software? Do you know if the error occurs also in MSTS AE? If not, then it would be nice to know how to use this custom software. Is there English version or only Russian? It may be a bug in updating TrItemPData or TrItemRData values in Track Item definition. OR and TSRE doesn'...

Re: Terrain Painting Caused Route To Fail In RE

I decided to try out the terrain painting feature and was very impressed with the results. However when I tried to subsequently load the route back into MSTS RE to do some road placement, I received error messages that it couldn't load two of the custom ace files TSRE had created. I clicked Yes to ...

Bug with tile visualization after saving

After saving and re-opening the route (i am working in 6972) i discovered that some adjacent tiles have disappeared from the route (only tiles, no world object and interactives on them). Copypasting the tiles from the backup did not help. But when i opened that route in the older 6932 version i disc...

If you need the explanations here it is:

the green lines show the borders of the siding where it should be and the red line on MSTS Mapper show where it is by fact.

Platforms and sidings.

I noticed that if i change the lenght of the siding/platform interactive (for example make it 3 times shorter moving one of its endpoints towards another) and save in TSRE the previous lenght of siding continue to appear in MSTS Mapper program (the only purpose of that program is to read tdb and pre...

Re: Signals in TSRE

Hmm, but black cubes (track items?) are invisible by default. Can you show me what you mean? No, they are not. Just loaded the route: https://imgur.com/a/fDui3NY Even if i uncheck the "track items" in tools (they disappear) and save the route they are seen and checked in tools again after...
